Our Pricing

Simple, transparent, all-in-one

SendDigital currently operates a flat and all-inclusive service fee of 5%. This reflects the cost of delivering a fully managed, end-to-end system.

Our fee is not for a one-dimensional single function – it covers a complete set of services that charities would otherwise need to source and finance separately, including:

• Fundraising

• Payment processing

• Voucher delivery systems

• Donor communications

• Gift Aid administration

• Impact reporting

Our approach is intentionally simple:

• One clear fee

• No setup costs

• No hidden charges

• No need to manage multiple systems or suppliers

No financial downside

Our pricing model is designed to protect charities:

• Fees are primarily funded through the Gift Aid generated on donations

• If Gift Aid does not fully cover our fee, we cap our charges at that level of Gift Aid
